He Studied M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering specialized to Refrigerating Equipment at Odessa State Academy of refrigeration. He has completed Doctoral Program in Engineering at Tribhuvan University, Institute of Engineering and Post Graduate in Advanced Renewable Energy Systems at IIT Delhi.
Mr. Kabindra Raj Sharma served as a Former Under Secretary of Urban Development, Government of Nepal. He has more than 3 decades long of experience in the field of Disaster Risk Management, particularly in Response and Recovery works. Mr. Sharma is a visiting Social Scientist at IHRR
